All-Star Scavenger Hunt “Hunt for the Heat” contest OFFICIAL RULES

Promoter/Sponsor of this All-Star Scavenger Hunt “Hunt for the Heat” contest (“Scavenger Hunt”) is Fever Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Fever (“Fever”), with an address of 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204, and Co-Sponsor is 2021 All-Star, Inc. d/b/a WNBA All-Star 2025 (“Host Committee”), with an address of 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by Fever and by all other decisions of Fever, including resolution of disputes in connection with this contest, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Scavenger Hunt.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY
The Scavenger Hunt is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members and/or officers, as applicable, and immediate families of such persons (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Fever, Host Committee, Pacers Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Pacers and Pacers Sports & Entertainment (“Pacers”), the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win.

ENTRY PERIOD
The Scavenger Hunt begins on June 26, 2025 at 4:00 PM Indianapolis time and ends on July 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM Indianapolis time (the “Scavenger Hunt Period”). Multiple entry periods exist within the Scavenger Hunt Period. Each entry period begins as of the Entry Period Start Date and ends in accordance with the applicable Entry Deadline/Drawing Date listed in the chart below (each an “Entry Period” and collectively the “Entry Periods”). Entrants may begin registering to receive email clues during the Scavenger Hunt Period starting June 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM Indianapolis time (see “How to Participate” below for more), and the period commencing on June 17, 2025 at 10:00 AM Indianapolis time and ending on July 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM Indianapolis time is the “Scavenger Hunt Term”.

HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may participate in the Scavenger Hunt by using one of the four methods outlined below.

(1) Via Email: To participate in the Scavenger Hunt, entrants should, during or prior to an Entry Period, (i) go to AllStarHunt2025.com to register to receive Scavenger Hunt clues and trivia questions via email from the Host Committee, (ii) review the email clue and trivia question for the applicable Entry Period, (iii) determine the Scavenger Hunt location for the applicable Entry Period from the clue and visit the location, and (iv)tell the Fever representative on-site at the location the correct answer to the trivia question prior to every other entrant participating in the Scavenger Hunt during the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) clue and trivia question emailed from reply@fever-mail.com one (1) hour prior to the start time of each Entry Period (see “Winner Selection” below for start times) to all entrants who successfully registered to receive Scavenger Hunt clues and trivia questions via email from the Host Committee at AllStarHunt2025.com as of the time which is one (1) hour prior to the start time of the applicable Entry Period. Each clue and trivia question will lead entrants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location in Indiana for the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) prize awarded at each location described in the clues (twenty (20) clues total; twenty (20) prizes total). By registering to receive Scavenger Hunt clues and trivia questions, you are opting in to receive Scavenger Hunt communications from the Host Committee.

(2) Via Facebook: To participate in the Scavenger Hunt entrants should, during an Entry Period, (i) visit the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Facebook account, (ii) review the clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Facebook account for the applicable Entry Period, (iii) determine the Scavenger Hunt location for the applicable Entry Period from the clue and visit the location, and (iv) tell the Fever representative on-site at the location the correct answer to the trivia question prior to every other entrant participating in the Scavenger Hunt during the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Facebook account during each Entry Period. Each clue will lead entrants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location in Indiana for the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) prize awarded at each location described in the clues (twenty (20) clues total; twenty (20) prizes total). Entrant must have a Facebook account to participate and enter. If an entrant does not have an account, there is no cost to create one at www.facebook.com. Entrant must agree to comply with the Meta Terms of Service (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) and the Meta Community Standards (http://www.facebook.com/communitystandards) in order to create and maintain a Facebook account.

(3) Via X: To participate in the Scavenger Hunt entrants should, during an Entry Period (i) visit the Pacers Sports & Entertainment X account (@PacersSportsEnt), (ii) review the clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment X account (@PacersSportsEnt) for the applicable Entry Period, (iii) determine the Scavenger Hunt location for the applicable Entry Period from the clue and visit the location, and (iv) tell the Fever representative on-site at the location the correct answer to the trivia question prior to every other entrant participating in the Scavenger Hunt during the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment X account (@PacersSportsEnt) during each Entry Period. Each clue will lead entrants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location in Indiana for the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) prize awarded at each location described in the clues (twenty (20) clues total; twenty (20) prizes total). Entrant must have a non-private X account to participate in and enter this Scavenger Hunt. If an entrant does not have a non-private account, there is no cost to create one at https://x.com. Entrant must agree to comply with the X Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos) and X Privacy Policy (https://x.com/en/privacy) in order to create a X account.

(4) Via Instagram: To participate in the Scavenger Hunt entrants should, during an Entry Period (i) visit the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Instagram account (@PacersSportsEnt), (ii) review the clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Instagram account (@PacersSportsEnt) for the applicable Entry Period, (iii) determine the Scavenger Hunt location for the applicable Entry Period from the clue and visit the location, and (iv) tell the Fever representative on-site at the location the correct answer to the trivia question prior to every other entrant participating in the Scavenger Hunt during the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) clue and trivia question posted to the Pacers Sports & Entertainment Instagram account (@PacersSportsEnt) during each Entry Period. Each clue will lead entrants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location in Indiana for the applicable Entry Period. There will be one (1) prize awarded at each location described in the clues (twenty (20) clues total; twenty (20) prizes total). Entrant must have an Instagram account to participate in and enter this Scavenger Hunt. If an entrant does not have an Instagram account, there is no cost to create one. To create an Instagram account from the Instagram app, download the Instagram app for Apple iOS from the App Store or Android from the Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, tap the Instagram icon and follow the onscreen registration instructions. To create an Instagram account from a computer, go to www.instagram.com and follow the onscreen registration instructions. Entrants must agree to comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines in order to create and maintain an Instagram account.

In order to participate you will also need Internet access and a valid email address. Limit one entry per Entry Period per person. Multiple entries per Entry Period by any person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Entry Period. All entries must be received by Fever by July 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM Indianapolis time.

As part of the online registration and/or entry submission process you may be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the Fever and/or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, including, without limitation, Pacers, Fieldhouse Management, LLC d/b/a Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Pacers Basketball Development, LLC d/b/a Noblesville Boom. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for participation in the Scavenger Hunt.

WINNER SELECTION
Multiple entry deadlines and winner selection dates apply. There will be twenty (20) total prizes (one (1) per Entry Period) and up to twenty (20) total winners (one (1) per Entry Period). Each prize will be awarded to the first person to arrive and correctly answer the Scavenger Hunt Clue at the Scavenger Hunt prize location for the applicable Entry Period (see “How to Enter” for more details). Host Committee will award each prize to the winner at the applicable Scavenger Hunt location. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per entrant during the Scavenger Hunt Term.

It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Fever if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes. To do so, send an e-mail to rharmeyer@pacers.com with the new contact information. Fever, Host Committee Pacers and/or the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Fever and will not be returned.

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by Fever and consent to the use of his/her likeness in order to collect a prize.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Each prize winner (i.e., the first person to arrive at the Scavenger Hunt location for the applicable Entry Period and tell the Fever representative on-site at the location the correct answer to the trivia question prior to every other entrant participating in the Scavenger Hunt during the applicable Entry Period) will receive either, in accordance with the applicable “Prize Awarded” listed in the chart above, (1) two (2) tickets to WNBA Starry 3-Point Contest and Kia WNBA Skills Challenge each to take place on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana during the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend ($50/ticket value; $100 total value) (“Friday Prize”) or (2) the AT&T WNBA All-Star Game to take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana during the 2025 WNBA All-Star Weekend ($123/ticket value; $246 total value) (“Saturday Prize”). Total retail value of all Friday Prizes is $700. Total retail value of all Saturday Prizes is $3068. Total retail value of all prizes combined is $3,768.

For the avoidance of doubt, the tickets awarded in the Friday Night Prize are admission tickets to a single session (i.e., no exit from and re-entry to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse after initial entry to Gainbridge Fieldhouse) including both the 2025 WNBA Starry 3-Point Contest and Kia WNBA Skills Challenge.

The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The name of the winner can be obtained by writing “All-Star Scavenger Hunt “Hunt for the Heat contest” c/o Indiana Fever, 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204.

Prize winner and his/her guest must agree to comply with all WNBA or other applicable venue rules and regulations relating to the use of WNBA regular, post-season tickets and/or special event (e.g., All-Star Game and related events) (as applicable) and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element.

TAXES
The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the Scavenger Hunt, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Fever’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
By entering, each entrant agrees to follow the All-Star Scavenger Hunt “Hunt for the Heat” contest Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against Meta, Instagram, X, Fever, Host Committee, Pacers, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, partners, members, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the Scavenger Hunt. By entering, each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and/or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the Scavenger Hunt.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this Scavenger Hunt and the opportunity to win the prizes offered in this Scavenger Hunt, each entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Fever, Host Committee, Pacers and/or the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns.

CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION:
Fever reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Scavenger Hunt and/or change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) relating to the promotion in case of schedule changes, acts of God, force majeure events, computer viruses, bugs, corruption or unfairness of the security or administration of the Scavenger Hunt, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Fever.

PRIVACY POLICY
The information you provide in connection with this Scavenger Hunt is subject to the Pacers Family Privacy Policy (https://www.gainbridgefieldhouse.com/home/privacy-policy) and the NBA Privacy Policy (http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html).

Multiple entry deadlines and winner selection dates apply. There will be twenty (20) total prizes (one (1) per Entry Period) and up to twenty (20) winners.
